Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This policy explains what information West Valley Deck Builders ("we," "us") collects through westvalleydeckbuilders.com and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you request an estimate or send us a message, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the type of project and any message you write. We use it only to respond to your request, schedule your estimate and talk with you about your project.

How your request is delivered

Form submissions are sent by email using Mailgun, an email delivery service, to our team and to our website administrator, who manages this site and makes sure requests are delivered. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Analytics and cookies

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether forms are submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your browser, device and approximate location. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Phone calls

If you call the number on this site, the call may be routed through a call-tracking service so we can see which pages lead to calls.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and messages for as long as needed to respond and to keep basic records of our work, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent us at any time. Call us at (385) 398-8451 and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
